Nanoelectronics Forum 2015 in Berlin – 01.-02.12.2015

PowerBase project has been presented at European Nanoelectronics forum in Berlin. Project was presented by its project leader Herbert Pairitch from IFAT presenting PowerBase project, results and current GaN technology status in IFAT. Event allowed unique networking opportunity for all attendees and a comprehensive snapshot of R&D&I and were perfect opportunity to present project to a wide industrial community.

After Cannes in 2014, it was Berlin that hosted the 2015 edition of the European Nanoelectronics Forum.

During 2 days, participants came together to learn about the latest innovations and industry trends, as well as to get updates on policy developments, European strategies and collaborative funding programmes. More than 70 projects were exhibited during program.
