PowerBase on ECSEL JU symposium in Malta
PowerBase poster on 1st ECSEL EU symposium in Malta.
A wide range of European and global stakeholders in the Electronics Components and Systems field, including Industry, Research and Financial Communities, European, National and Regional decision-makers and international partners met together in Malta on 13/14 June 2017 in the context of the first Symposium, organised by the Joint Undertaking “Electronic Components and Systems for European Leadership” (ECSEL JU).
The ECSEL Symposium provided opportunity and space for the ECSEL funded projects to present their progress and results to date, to disseminate the scientific and technological achievements, and to cast light on their contributions to the programme. The event ran over two days: Day 1 focuses on ECSEL JU projects’ results and achievements in key areas (e.g. Smart Health, Production, and Mobility and Semiconductor technologies) while Day 2 is dedicated to a more strategic exchange featuring high-profile key note speeches and panel discussions.
The ECSEL Symposium provided a unique chance to meet all of the supported projects so far and interact with project coordinators and partners via an insightful guided tour through the exhibition space.
This event was organised under the auspices of the 2017 Maltese Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The PowerBase project was presented by its project manager Infineon Technologies Austria AG. PowerBase was introduced by the project manager Sabine Dullnig, and the project dissemination leader Juraj Marek.
