Role:

Eltek is a contributor to WP7 “Compact Power Applications” and represents a potential user of GaN technologies.

Key Contribution:

Eltek will test and analyse the benefits of the GaN technology in power converter products for telecom power supply. Eltek knows the requirements for such applications and has the competence to design power electronics where the benefits of GaN are exploited. A number of power converters with be designed, produced, tested and validated. The findings will be shared with the project team.
